When crop tops were re-introduced into the world of fashion, I cringed.  The 80’s and American Apparelrama must have caused this, I thought.  But I’ve had a change of heart and am not only intrigued but, well, want one!  This Opening Ceremony top is a crop option that turned the tide for me.  It is simple but distinctively modern, incorporating a bustier shape and exposed hardware.  Immediately, my mind explores different outfits it could complete (if not just for justification of purchase).  No worries if you can’t see the potential.  These guys have you covered.

Interesting…I see the potential but I’m slightly scared since I remember those days of the crop tops and low slung jeans. I like the slightly more hip focused harem-y pants with it, tho i think this shape and style is not going to be easy to wear for most people. I’ll give it a try!

I had the same reaction as you at first, but I’ve gradually warmed to the concept. It requires the right kind of body to look right, though. I’m certain you’ll manage to look great with a cropped style!

Cropped tops can be awful…but this one is just so tempting. Pity I need to do about 1000 sit ups before it would look good on me!!
